Who We Are
Hindu Sindh - Public Affairs Council (HSPAC) is an independent, non-partisan human rights organization committed to documenting human rights violations and advocating for persecuted religious minorities in Pakistan.
HSPAC was founded in response to the increasing cases of forced conversions, religious
persecution, and violence against minorities. Recognizing the urgent need for dedicated
documentation and advocacy, we have built a strong network of activists, legal experts, and
researchers to fight for justice.
Human Rights Documentation – Investigating and reporting incidents of persecution and discrimination.
Advocacy & Awareness – Engaging with policymakers, international organizations, and
media to highlight injustices.
Legal Aid & Protection – Providing legal assistance to victims of persecution and forced
conversions.
Community Support & Education – Equipping religious minorities with the knowledge and
resources to defend their rights.
Emergency Humanitarian Assistance – Assisting victims with shelter, relocation, and
rehabilitation.
A just and inclusive society where religious minorities in Pakistan can live without fear, enjoy equal rights, and practice their faith freely.
We’re here to listen, assist, and collaborate. Whether you have a question, want to support our mission, or are interested in volunteering, we’d love to hear from you!
